Sr.J2EE DEVELOPERS:


                At least 2 j2ee projects with exposure to all layers (EJB, Servlets, jsp).

Good knowledge of Object oriented analysis and design. Good exposure to various phases of lifecycle of project including recruitment analysis design and testing.
           
Sr.java Developers:


                At least 3to6 yrs total i.t expirence extensively worked on corejava should have worked on rmi, socket programming and multi threading applications. Should have good understanding on oracle 8i/9i database.
        Capability to handle issues in production environment.


Sr.Net developers:


                Programming experience in ms-technologies and 2 to 3 yrs of hands on expirence in c#,ASP.NET.


              The candidate should have extensive work experience with .Net technologies and sql server. Extensively worked on web/windows applications.


Sr.Mainframe developers:


                Ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 yrs experience in mainframes should have worked with COBOL,JCL,MVS,CICS,DB2,IMS DB/DC,PL/1,ASSEMBLER.
Expertise in mainframe design methodologies and languages is a fundamental recruitment.
